By using Cyata, you agree to these terms. This is a summary for a 2026 startup; the production terms will be maintained at this URL.
Acceptable use
You may not use Cyata to violate the law, infringe rights, or run workloads that harm the mesh or other tenants. Model weights you upload remain yours.
Your content
You retain all rights to data and models you submit. We process it only to provide the service and as described in our privacy policy.
Service & SLAs
Uptime commitments depend on your plan as described on the pricing page. Beta features are provided "as is" without an SLA.
Billing
Usage is billed per the pricing page. Unpaid accounts may be suspended after notice.
Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend access for material breach.
